Troy Sage - Broker Associate - Team Leader
Troy earned his first Real Estate Salesperson License in 1988 while living in his home state of Michigan. Being young and ambitious, his career began with Century 21 in Westland, Michigan, where he formed a team with another agent the 3 months in the field. By the end of 1988, his team helped over 100 people purchase or sell their home. Focusing on helping people, they went on to become the youngest sales team to achieve top ranking in the state of Michigan.
In 1990 Troy earned his Residential Builder / General Contractors License, which allowed him to not only sell real estate, but also remodel and build homes. Again, with the focus on helping people, he continued to sell homes and build a 12 person team of contractors specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. By the end of 1999, both the real estate and construction teams were helping thousands of people accomplish their real state dreams and goals.
In 2000, Troy moved to California pursuing one of his dreams as a professional musician, while remaining CEO of both teams in Michigan. By 2005, he had earned his California Real Estate Salesperson License, and in 2009 earned his California Real Estate Brokers License. Fast Forward to 2017, Troy expanded his team to Arizona and kicked off the new name, brand, Sage & Associates.
It has been Troy's pleasure and honor helping thousands of families buy and sell homes. Many of those have been family, friends, or friends of another client. Since 2008, he has made the commitment to work "By Referral". This commitment means that he relies on references from his clients. Consequently, Troy works even harder to gain his clients trust .
